Lisa Horner has a heart for people. She’s at The Motive to help patients navigate through their health issues, financial questions and recovery. She has an extensive background in office management, health care, and patient support. Prior to her work in the healthcare industry, Lisa worked in the corporate world with IBM and Honeywell.

Before moving to Tucson in the late 1970s, Lisa lived in New York and Colorado. She’s married to her college sweetheart from the University of Arizona. They have two daughters who are following in their footprints (or pawprints!) as UA Wildcats. They also have two standard poodles, Riley and Jake.
