Remember that your recovery and life is yours to measure and try to avoid the trap of comparison.

It’s interesting but we’ve had a few patients lately say they haven’t seen a #physicaltherapist that does #manualtherapy

Kirstin is a cyclists herself and developed a course teaching other physical therapists how to perform a bike fit. This is a must if you’re on your bike a lot or have invested in a nice one. It seems obvious, but make sure it fits so no musculoskeletal issues pop up!
